    I feel you Cody. I may go 30 and 90 on the AMRAP, and I’m hoping to throw some weight up on the hang snatch.

    Her Indian name is Dances With Barbells. Must say I am a proud mama. She inspires me!

    WOD is deceiving. Longest 5 minutes I’ve spent in a long time.
    I got 8 rounds + wall balls. (14#, 35#) Brandon was a great coach!
    5:55 on the burpees. That wasn’t as bad as I expected.
