Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

Burpees with a lateral hop over hurdle or barbell

 

*A lateral burpee is a burpee with a sideways hop over a  hurdle or barbell with bumpers. You body will be parallel with the barbell and you will jump left to right over it after each burpee.

    the wod was a lot harder than expected follwing 3 min rest. 3:52 the first part.2 min rest. 3:27 i think on part 2 = 9:21 RX

    I loathe rowing… with that said 2:15 on the row (slower than normal :-/)

    i do, however, like burpees! 10:47 rx on the wod

    the sweat dripping down my arms while burpee-ing makes it tricky to do swings right after.. even with chalk…

    Subbed the row for the 1-10Wall ball burpee workout. 5:03 RX

    then 7:43 RX on the Kettlebel/burpee WOD. Fun workouts!

    It started off so strong with a 1:25.1 Row… but it left me so beat that I couldn’t even do the wod! WEAK… Damn you Concept 2!

    Row 1:53 and rowing is awful!
    10:50 with 45#kb. Would have been 10:48 but I forgot to jump back over my hurdle! 🙂
