10 Deadlift (225/155)

5 Handstand Push-Ups

 

Rest Exactly 5 minutes

 

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Squat Cleans (95/65)

5 Burpees

    Great article. Does Aleve work the same way? I try not to take too much of any of it. Do NOT ice like I should…that stuff is COLD!

    Hate missing this today. It’s the kind of wod I like. (even the burpees)

    Thanks for the info on ibuprofren. My dr told me to take it for any knee pain that i might have after surgery. I had no idea it affected muscle recovery! Guess Im just going to have to toughen up a little bit!

    185 lb. DL; bands on HP; RX w/95 lb. on SC. Doing 50 DL at RX/225 was too much. Trying to RX as many as I can still, but not today.

    That is kind of interesting about ibuprofin. When I started out I took Glutamine after every workout to deal with the soreness, which I think might be a better option.

    Clayton i had an acl replacement along with serious cartridge damage. That was august 11th. Started back on the first week of October. Been going almost full out since mid November. Knee feels great. Wish i would have known about the ibuprofren before though!

    3:36 (pike push-ups, rx weight on DL).. two huge weaknesses back to back with snatch and hspu.

    6 rounds rx on on AMRAP.

    Merrell did you get a full HSPU? If so great job! Sorry I missed it. I saw you doing it in the WOD with the abmats but didn’t know you got one all the way down. That is huge progress.
