Overhead Lunges with Med Ball (lunge on both legs = 1 rep)
Box Step Ups with Med Ball (24/20) (step up on both legs = 1 rep)
12 minute cut-off
Cash Out:
1 minute in an L-Sit on boxes or rings (modify by tucking knees)
2 minutes in a plank hold
