AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 Snatch 115/75

10 Front Squat

200m Run

Rest exactly 60 seconds after each round

    Kept failing @ 135 # snatch. WOD – 6 rounds + 5 FS @ RX. It was fun doing the 46 extra burpees with everyone.

    I’m feeling ‘more comfortable’ with the squat snatch.
    165# I ran out of time so I jumped to 185# and missed the first try
    7rds + 10 FS
