WOD 12/14/12

Deadlift 5-5-3-3-3  Try to start around 75% of your one rep max and increase the load each set

 

AMRAP in 12 minutes:

5 Deadlift (225/155)

15 Push-Ups

25 Double Unders

 

Cash Out: Max Box Jumps in 60 seconds (30/24)

You cannot spring up and off the box upon landing, you must show control on top while standing and having your hips and knees completely open

 

December the 15th at noon CrossFit Mid-County will be hosting a workout to help raise money for Michael Pedraza, the cousin of member Stephanie Bowman. Michael is undergoing cancer treatment and we are going to try to help with their financial burden. All money raised will go to the Pedraza family to help with medical expenses. This workout is open to anyone regardless of your experience with CrossFit so tell all your friends! There will be a $20 donation required to workout. They will also be selling links so come hungry! If you can please RSVP on the facebook event page and invite anyone who might want to come workout.

    Enjoyed the morning class today! And we took another picture- this time with all the ladies and 1 lucky guy 🙂 Katie and I maxed our DL. #205 for me-tied PR. Didn’t count my rounds during the WOD but I kept going.

    CFB – Best part of the day – working out with cool people!! DL 265 lbs x 3 (stayed light); 7 rds. + 10 pushups on WOD (200 lbs/RX DUs). 18 box jumps @ 28″.
