    Inspiring Video, On my list for 2011, 1.) Actually do OHS the way the are suppose to be done 2.) Get Strong enough for Muscle UPs 3.) Be able to do 30 consecutive double unders so I can do them in a workout…….So these are my goals that I never posted or really thought about in January.
