12 minutes to establish a 1RM Power Clean & Push Jerk. (No squat cleans or split jerks)

30 Box Jumps 24/20″
20 Deadlifts 275/185#
30 T2B
20 Lateral Burpees (over barbell)
30 V-Ups
20 Power Cleans 135/95# (same bar from before)
30 Alternating Pistols
20 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20″

 

Mark your calendars; We will be holding an event Sunday, July 15 from 1-3pm. It won’t be a competition; just a bada$$ workout we hope everyone is willing to take on!

We will only have the 11:30am class on Wednesday, July 4. You can guarantee it’s going to be brutal.

    26:32 (225dl, 30 air squats instead of pistols) knees couldnt hold up on the pistols. box jumps are also another common enemy of the ole knees.

    great class for lunch though. got to see some friendly faces from other times and other boxes. i think we had 30 people there today.

    185# power C&J thats my old squat C&J PR.

    15:45 on the WOD.
    RX weights, but had to keep a hand on the pull up rig for balance during the pistols.

    Good to see the noon class, haven’t been to one in a long time.

    155 on skill

    24:40 with 205dl and 115 clean. Not the fastest time, burpees killed me.

    155 PC/PJ. Failed at 165. Only 19:02 today on WOD. (24″, 205#DL, K2B, 95# PC). Still feel out of shape from taking those 2 weeks off. Tara beat me by 4 box jump burpees because I had to take too many short breathers. As of today, 100% Paleo Diet. No more of this 75% thing I’m doing. If I write it down, then I’ll actually commit to this diet.

    Foul Ball! Jeremy, the ump is still waiting for you in the parking lot. This looks like a killer workout. I’m sad i have to miss this one.

    22:31 on the WOD with assistance on the pistols. That was hot and miserable. It was a good bro session at 5 pm though.

    RX’D everything on the workout except T2B, V ups, and held both bars on pistols…. 185 on DL AND 95 CLEANS , 20 INCH BOX 😉 26:46 TIME 🙁
