I had the same thought as well! I have been wanting to do FGB since I have never attempted it before.

You can always make it up on Sunday. If your body needs to rest then rest. DO NOT COME MORE THAN 3 OR 4 DAYS IN A ROW! You’re just breaking yourself down and you won’t be able to work hard.

Toben you have been killing it lately. Definitely made some huge gains. I night try it Sunday. This is a hard one to motivate yourself to do on your own.

If you can’t get up for Fight Gone Bad, you need to reconsider your commitment to CF. Kinda like the Texans not getting fired up for the Cowboys. Oh, wait a minute…

I did horrible today. 267RX which is 28 worse then I did when I started Crossfit. Not sure what happened but I recommend to not start with going all out on rowing. Bad idea. Great job though Clayton on the impressive number. He killed it!!

Jeremy I think your body just needs some time off. You can get 300+ easy if you rest every few days.

    Great job Clayton!

We all know Jeremy is a softie. Next time we do Fight Gone Bad, I am going to do it right beside you to make sure you really push it.

I am taking a few days off. I definetly need it. I think I had a horrible strategy too going into it. I think if you put push press first since it doesn’t wear out your whole body and put rowing in the middle for some rest then you could put up a better number instead of putting rowing and box jumps first and second.

239 one rep more than last time. Ok I guess. Rx everything but box jumps did step ups. Still good workout.
