    okay 6 a.m. ers. How come no one told me that my shirt was on backwards? I am glad I woke up early today to meet my friend, Fay at CF! FINALLY got to workout with her 🙂

    145# OHS, failed at 155#. Close. I can do that. Lost count with all the tabatas. Remember, Lucy – If Zack beats me in a workout, at least I can tell him Lucy likes me better than him.
