    235# on split jerk, failed at 215# and felt really weak, then I hit it. Failed again at 225 then I got that. Finally tried 235 and was really pumped to make the lift. I haven’t felt as strong lately, looks like that’s turning around!

    10 rds right at the buzzer, this workout was so easy and for that reason it was so hard. It’s kind of like Cindy, 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, and 15 air squats is no biggie but when you do it over and over and over it’s miserable!

    255# jerk (10#pr). I was super jacked up about that. I was even more jacked up about missing 265# by a few inches! Almost there!

    7 rds rx on the wod. I hate running. I hate burpees….I really hate running and burpees! lol
