Skill Work: Spend 5 minutes working on each of the following movements

Kipping Pull-Ups

 

10 Rounds:

3 Clean & Jerks (155/105)

10 Wall Ball (20/14)

 

 

January 2-13 we will have a free class at 11am Monday-Saturday and at 8pm Monday-Thursday. These classes will be completely free and open to anyone regardless of experience. Tell your friends they can come check out as many classes as they’d like.

    He says basically theres like a seperate group for all the “proffesional” CF’ers that compete, and they do a totally different WOD then everyone else. He also said they have a bronze kettlebell on display, for taking third in the games, and everybody has those Reebok shoes.

    Didn’t want to go to heavy still suffering from OHS in my left shoulder.

    14:34 on the WOD today at 108# and 14#. Tired from yesterday and the weight got heavy.

    Damn Miguel, that 215 threw me until I got to the end. I was like, this dude is a beast. I’d be lucky to get Rx for that many rounds, and then I saw the correction. Looking forward to returning from a 4 day layoff.

    Haha Miguel, I saw 215# and was thinking woah, that’s awesome. Then I saw your correction. This should be interesting…. I want to rx this one but 10 rounds may be a bit much.

    I did a WOD similar to this yesterday with Shawn, Chris and Carrie @ CFBC…it had 30 C&J using 135#………so today should be very interesting!

    10:03 165#, 25# ball. Shooting for sub 10. Dang close. You people can shine on your running and Burpee day all you want. Day like this make me happier. Days like yesterday make me sadder.

    I suck at anything where I have to put weight overhead. And the wall balls were unbroken every set but they just zapped my energy
