Why Should you train with CrossFit Beaumont?

Because what we do works – we have tried every program and CrossFit is by far the best program out there.

We provide the programming – we design each workout to elicit proper physical and neurological responses geared toward making you stronger, faster and mentally tougher.

We coach – we teach complex exercises & movements, record times and weights lifted, and push our athletes.

What if I’m not an athlete? What if I’m not even in shape?

We don’t require you to be. Workouts are scaled down with lighter weights, less reps, and fewer rounds to meet the needs of beginning trainees.  It still won’t be easy, but we don’t expect a new athlete to perform like an experienced one should.

Thanks to CFDC!

Hope to be back in the box today guys. Ive been out of town all week with a family emergency. Needless to say, its pretty hard to be Paleo when you’re eating out of convenience stores…
