    I left because I thought you were going to row. I should always get a head start! Looks like getting pissed off does you good!
    60 x 3 (last week 60 was my 1 rep max)
    26kb except for 9,8 and 7 g’squats (after 10 decided to go to 18# but forgot about that at 6)
    12″ (and actually jumped OFF as opposed to stepping off almost every time!)

    Mini burgers were good. the vegi side was great. Burgers could have used some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce then they would be great.
