AMRAP in 25 minutes:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups
5 Overhead Squats (95#/65#)
5 Handstand Pushups
5 Burpees
5 Box Jumps (30″/24”)

Today is Neal’s 25th birthday so of course this workout is going to be very difficult. Enjoy!

    8 rounds, sadly had to use the box. But one day my friend, one day soon, pullups with no band, and true hspu!! Happy birthday again buddy!
