AMRAP in 5 minutes:

Sled Pull Forward/Backward (100/65)

 

5 Rounds:

20 Air Squats

20 Sit-Ups

    Sled 7 rds RX inside the “quicksand”
    WOD 4:56 legs were smoked from sled pulls

    Bench press instead of DL. 135/145/155/165/175
    4:05 RX. That was as fast as I possibly could have gone.

    Deadlifts: 225-285 weight felt awfully heavy.
    5:10 AS & SU
    7 RDS RX. Also through “quicksand” area. Terrible experience.
