    No problem Neal. Glad I could help out. I am taking this as a rest day too after hearing the speech yesterday. Will be back tomorrow though. By the way, Snatch is an awesome movie.

    Question, For Roll Outs, is that a hand stand and then forward roll and up to a standing position? Thanks.

    Hey Alan. You should come and join us for a Saturday workout. We have not done rollouts since I have been there and was wondering the same thing. Every place I see them online though shows them to be from a handstand back to standing. I am going to try them out at home since I will not be making it up there today.

    Alan, Roll-outs are similar to an ab-wheel movement but you’re using the barbell. You will be on your knees and grab ahold of your barbell and extend out as far as you can and then roll the bar back towards you.

    And come by for a Saturday workout sometime!
