Four rounds for time of:
100 foot Walking lunge with 45lb plate held overhead
30 Box jumps (24/20)
20 Wallball shots (20/14)
10 Handstand push-ups

    It was a sucky day. Hey, Neal, why didn’t you just add burpees to the wall balls and box jumps? The 3 moves that take EVERY OUNCE of strength I have!
    I had to ditch the (big old 10#) plate after 2 rounds of lunges and do db presses after one round of hspu. Kara said under 30 mins…I got 28:14. Next time. Next time…

    I woke up this morning thinking “what could make my arms/shoulders hurt more than they already do? Oh yeah, hspu!” And dangit if they weren’t in today’s wod. Oh well, I WILL survive! (And do better next time!)

    There would be a knee surgery in my immediate future if I attempted this one. Mitchell, I think all the hero workouts are designed to be BRUTAL!!!

    27:14 on the wod with 10#plate, 16″ box, 8# ball, and red/red HSPU

    that was beyond brutal, but fun at the same time 🙂

    I didnt even attempt this one. Lunges box jumps and wall balls would have me in some serious pain!

    Holy crap I knew this was gonna be tough on these 40year old knees…icing them as I type, probably need to ice the legs & ass too! :-/

    23:11, 10# plate, tried 16″ box, legs craddered….so 12″ 95% of the time, 10# wb, red band HSPU

    It was nice to beat my hubby’s time, of course this was his 2nd day…..it won’t take him long.

    26:50 with 35lb plate, 24″ box, 20lb wall ball, and purple/red on hspu. Good endurance workout.
