3 Rounds: Max Double Unders in 60 seconds. Rest 60 seconds between each round. Record score for each attempt.

Your score is the total number of pull-ups completed during the workout. Each attempt at pull-ups ends when your foot touches the ground (or you step back onto your box).

    When I check this wode on the phone, it’s called “Sixteen Tons.” Neal, Neal, Neal. THINK before you title pictures! If these ladies in this picture don’t collectively kick your butt, (and you KNOW they can!) you will be a lucky man!

    Amber, you made up for it on the runs. And Scott was passing me up every time I hit the sidewalk! (not unusual, though)

    I got 2 double-unders in practice!!! That’s where it starts, right?

    When I checked this on my phone it’s titled, “16 Tons.” Neal, Neal, Neal, you need to THINK before you name pictues. If these ladies don’t collectively kick your butt (and you KNOW they can) you will be a lucky man!

    374 singles and 41 pull-ups (11,11,9,10) green band ONLY) Got a 5th run but only 6 seconds on the clock when I came in.

    CFB kinda takes the “Monday” out of Mondays for me!
