Alternate between sets of pull-ups and box jumps. Run a 100m Sprint after each round of pull-ups and box jumps

    strict pullups – 2 x 5 regular, 1 x 5 w/5#, 2 x 5 w/10#
    30″ box jumps

    finished the 20 air squats at the 12:00 cut-off, so if my math is correct that’s 380 reps.
