    I’m doing a WOD tomorrow. It won’t be Kelly. She’s the one girl I won’t mess with EVER again. Too much stress on my skinny legs.

    Jason me and you did this together last time and got shredded for a week after. I encourage everyone to rx just don’t take my first time at a first place off the board an force me to come out of Kelly retirement

    Cody, are you referring to the ladies or the WOD? Jon-I thought you were off on Fridays. If Jay takes over 30min on this one, there’s no telling how long it would take me. I’m glad I’m taking today off.

    Im pretty happy with my time. i kept moving, didn’t walk any of the runs, handled wall balls in an ok manner, but really lost a lot of time on box jumps. 150 box jumps are pretty rough on the ole knees. can’t do anything about that though.

    shout out to Dan! he did this thing under 29minutes! flying past most of us. great job bro

    29:19Rx actually, shooting for under thirty, but I appreciate the shout out! Kelly was about as bad as I expected, but I did love the multiple tanning sessions. Nice and sunny at the 11:30 class

    36:48 for my first RX’d workout. Pretty happy with the time. I actually think the run helped me on this one.

    No Kelly for me. Did yesterday’s WOD. 35# weighted dead hangs. 11:03 @135# front squats and chest to bar pullups. Did it slow but unbroken.

    I think your time is very safe JJ. If Jason had not been yelling at me on that last round of box jumps I would have done three at a time and been content with a sub 30 mins.

    Got a huge cramp midway through.. ended up doing 31:37. #14wb #20box. Not bad for being as tired as I was before the WOD. Glad I made myself do this
