WOD 5/17/13

Front Squat – Find a 1 rep max.

 

3 Rounds:

10 Dual KB Front Squats (55/35)

10 Box Jumps (30/24)

400m Run

 

Due to lack of attendance we will no longer have a set class at 7am on Mondays and Wednesdays. We will have open gym during this time every now and then which we will announce on facebook.

    I did 3 rounds: 10 dual KB FS, 10 step ups with KB, and 100m farmers carry with KB. 11:15 w/ 35# and 16″ box.

    Ahhhh. We made the site. Wish me and my team luck tonight in the Regional Semi-Finals! When all of this is over it will be time to get serious again at Crossfit!
