 WOD 9/20/11

Deadlift 10-10-10-10-10  All sets will be done with roughly 65-75% of your one rep max.

 

3 Rounds:

7 1-Arm Dumbbell Snatch (heavy)

14 Wall Ball (20/14)

21 Push-Ups

200m Run

    I’ll miss yall so much! working out at CFB was the highlight of my summer– I’m not sure the crossfit in south bend will be able to top it when I get back in the spring! I don’t think I’ll ever find a group of people I’ll enjoy working out with so much. love you all and good luck in the competition on saturday!

    Awww Catherine! We gonna miss ya honey! Absolutely love you & your mom! Enjoyed having you around this summer and look forward to the summers to come.     Another fun (?) one today. (I must be drinking the kool-aid to think that.)

    10 x 3 dl at 135# (sore neck and decided to quit there)
    12:25 on the wod. 20#db, 10# ball, purple band push-ups.

    “WOD 2” was interesting. But I DID IT! I’ve gotta work on my speed in running. EVERYBODY passes me up!

    275# on the deadlifts, but I only did 3 sets

    9:04 with a 55# dumbbell and 25# medicine ball
