    6:00 flat on the wod. (245# dead lifts & 3 x Singles)

    probably could have gone a little heavier on the dead lifts but 450 single jump ropes take up a lot of time and energy. really gotta get my doubles!

    Did Monday’s workout today. Squats %of 235
    WOD 28:03 RX. That wa absolute torture. Pretty sure my hands will be useless for a few days.

    Didn’t have time for the met-con but I’ve done it a couple of times. I really like that workout.
