Tabata Ring Rows
Tabata Burpees
Tabata Sit-Ups

Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. During each 20 second work period you will complete as many reps as possible. Your score is the total number of reps completed. You will have a score for Ring Rows, Burpees, and Sit-Ups. There is no rest between each of the tabata efforts.
