    7:11 @ 155#. Good luck Neal. Hopefully you will have more drive than I did on this one.

    Worked up to 65# on the squat clean thrusters. And I think 65# was my one rep max before.
    9:11 (coincidence?) on the wod with 45#. (RX 95# REALLY???)

    Nice work Cody, you put up a pretty good time. 155# SCT is going to get heavy really quick. Any other guys thinking of trying this at 155? I’m gonna give it a shot at the 11:30. I think I told Cody I could do the first three rounds unbroken but now I’m thinking I’m going to have to break up every rep

    So, is each rep of the squat clean thruster from the ground or just the initial rep from the ground and the rest rep’d out like a normal thruster? And nice job Nakia. . . very impressive.

    125# x 3. Did 135# twice and then fell over backwards on the third rep, coordination was a struggle today. 7:01 @95# on the WOD. Killed the first two rounds and then got killed on the last three.

    Nakia, how’d the 95# feel to RX? lol….ooohhh burpees! Burpees: one of the simplest CF movements that should never be underestimated….they seem to be the most draining movement too! lol

    Thanks Garrett. Danielle i literally almost cried! Was very tough … Neal was my partner and very positive motivation with Kara pushing me as well. Which really helped me tough it out!!!! My burpees were really slow :'(

    I have to disagree about the burpees. That was the first time I’ve ever done a workout where doing the burpees allowed me to “rest”. That bar was taking everything out of me!
