WOD 5/4/11

Clean & Jerk – Find a heavy single

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

8 clean & jerks (155/105)

then AMRAP in the remaining time of:

15 bar hops (over your barbell)

10 push-ups

5 deadlifts (same barbell)

end with 8 more clean & Jerks

For every second you finish under 9:40 or over 10:20 you have to do a burpee. The goal is to complete as many rounds as possible but still have enough time to finish your clean & jerks within 20 seconds of 10 minutes. You will be timed using a stop watch and the coach will stop telling you the time at 8 minutes.
