Neal is trying to weed us out.
Saw Fara’s facebook post last night and refused to look at the workout until I was IN THE PARKING LOT this morning. Good move on my part.
I am doing the Couch to 5K program and I’m pretty sure I could run a 5K without stopping now…if I can do this.
I was (again) dead last and (again) do not care! I FINISHED!!
40:26 scaling only weights, box and doubleunders. Did ALL reps!
    25# thrusters, 12″ box, 20# dbs, 10# medball, 75 singles.

I’m with JJ. This is my kind of WOD (minus the boxjumps). This will be fun when it’s 97 degrees outside. So 32 and a half is the time to beat……..

Jason, I, too, HATE HATE HATE box jumps but they actually weren’t that bad. Maybe it was in comparison! It’s those %#@*ing burpees that did me in! Even more so than the 800’s. And, yeah, temp will have a big impact. Y’all stay hydrated!

holy smokes. an awesome WOD! 38:22 RX and while i am not exactly certain about what part was the worst i am fairly sure it was most of the time between when chris said, “3-2-1… GO” and me whimpering, “time…” Lots of good chatter on the site today, maybe neal should keep programming insane workouts to keep the momentum going.

Jawes23, McD’s is never a great idea for lunch! (not preaching, experience!) And, Miranda, I had to put my db’s (only 20#s) down TWICE in the carry! Wrists: OUCH!
Neal, thanks…but let’s not do this again for a while!

I know I don’t know anyone at CFB (except Toben), nor have I ever been to CFB, but I do like to follow your WODs. So here is an excerpt from a conversation I had this morning with CFB (the all-encompassing, amorphous and nebulous being that emanates from the walls and resounds within our minds, our hearts and our souls…particularly during WODs)

Me: (sputtering and gasping for air) “hayyyoooo”

    CFB: “say what?”

    Me: “I…said… ‘I…HATE…YOU!!!”

CFB: “Oh. Well that’s ok. Nice work.”

Me: “Don’t talk to me. I can’t move because of you. I’m not even talking out loud. I’m speaking to you in my head.”

CFB: “I know. But you feel better, right?”

Me: (muted grumbling noises) “Whatever. I still hate you.”

CFB: “No you don’t. You love me.”

Me: (more grumblings) “Maybe I do. Right now I don’t like you very much.”

CFB: “That’s ok, too. See you tomorrow.”

Me: (proceed to whimpering and crawling to puke bucket)

    The end.

Oh…34:50 Rx. I hate burpees. I hate wall balls. And 50 of each in the manner in which they were programmed is pure evil. I’m fairly certain nothing will be raised above shoulder height today. Thanks for that.
But on a lighter note, it was awesome. Keep up the good work. Hope to do a WOD with you guys at some point in the near future!

I’m fairly certain I was hallucinating at the end. Thanks for this horrid-ness. The GloboGym members were scared of me as I was acting like a crazy person in the corner of the gym. I think I was speaking out loud to non-entities. So that, and the insanity of the workout, I think, has made it so they will leave me alone from now on. Mission accomplished.

Holy ____! I missed a lot this week had only checked the site twice this week (opposed to 15 a day). Love all the new chatter ” What made everyone finally get on board?

On another note when I thought 20 minutes for this WOD would be the time to beat I totally overlooked the farmers carry! Ouch!
