    Great workout to work on my push ups. Hmm, November is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month and im kinda scared to see what that workout name would be.

    clint inspired me and afterwards I did some more hang clean and jerks and worked up to 215. Felt good today! Thanks for the inspiration clint
