Leave a comment if you’re going to join us for the Fitness Competition in Kirbyville, “East Texas Superstars”. This won’t be anything serious and is for ANYONE regardless of ability level. It will be a good chance to test yourself in the clean and jerk, 100m dash, 1 mile, as well as some other good benchmarks. You can sign up and pay the day of the event so no need to make any reservation, I just want to get an idea who’s in. Let’s start getting our carpools together!

    355 on the last set

    1:29.6 PR! I have never rowed faster than a 1:30 and I was surprised because my pace never got below 1:25. Didn’t think I’d be able to keep it up. FINALLY!
