Row/Burpee – Ouch

 WOD 10/3/11

Push Press
5 – 4 – 3 – 3

 

rest 30 seconds after each set, followed by:

 

100m Farmer Carry
Add weight per set

 

Rest 2 minutes then begin the next set of push press

 

 

3 Rounds For Time:
Row 300m
10 Burpees

 

This met-con is all about heart, no skill involved, no pacing, just pushing through the pain. I want to see you push yourself and try to get the fastest time possible!

    omg… I remember we did this one right after I joined CFB!!! it was super tricky to do burpees after rowing, or should I say TRY to do burpees after rowing lol I got road rash from dragging my knees crawling to get up

    This was my 3rd workout i did after joining CFB, and yep…. it was as hard as i remembered. I did get a faster time, but not by much! i did feel better doing it though, if that counts for anything!!! burpees werent as hard, and i finished in

    255 on the push press (3rm Pr) with 70#kb. 5:23 on the met con. Sorry for the spat of deliriousness 6pm-ers. I was trying to regain my composure and coach all at the same time.
