Curtis Ps – 3-3-3-3
Curtis P – Clean the bar, lunge forward once/leg with bar in rack, jerk the bar. That is 1 “Curtis P”
Cannot drop bar in the middle of the 3 reps.  If you drop the bar before full rep is complete, you must redo full rep.  Just tap the bar on the ground in between reps.

    Confession: Before I put on my glasses, I thought it said “Cutie Pi’s.”
    Started with 35# and ended with 65#.
    Should have started heavier. When will I learn?

    For the wod I got 13:12. Did a 12″ box jump instead of a handstand since I have a block about getting upside down.

    This is one of those that leaves you gasping for air. You know, the good ones!

    Today I ran because I won’t get to come Wod…. Isabella went with me and took the opportunity to inform the lady on the treadmill next to me that she needed to Crossfit instead of walk…. It’s healthier she said!!!! Oh the things she says!!! ALL the time!!

    Hey, I really wanted to do the mud run in Winnie, but I forgot all about it. . . I noticed that registration is already closed. . . does anyone know of any other way I can get registered. . . are there any open spots among the crossfitmc or bmt groups?     I know we only did 12 lunges but golly my butt muscles sure do hurt today. 103# on final round of CP’s. 8:40 on WOD. Inverted burpees or fun but time consuming.
