    I’ll be glad for you to get back, too. I’m kinda tired of doing ALL the complaining!! It was a tough one…for me, anyway. I only snatched 25# but when I tried 35# I knew I’d never do it 21 times. I was able to hang long enough to do about 15 kte before slipping off the bar. See you next week. Oh, I worked for 15:05 and used the 6# mb. (remember, folks, I’m old!)

    15:30 (115#, 20#) not rx because i didn’t go all the way to elbows. but went as high up as i could!

    Either way Clayton you killed it, my knees to elbows were more like knees to chest as well. I wish more people would post times/weights. I think I may have let myself off a little light…maybe gone heavier on the Snatch :-/

    Good call Clayton. A lot of people make that mistake, if your knees don’t touch your elbows then you’re scaling.
