    So I’ve been asked before if crossfit workouts have ever made you throw up, well today was real close!! lol Tried to bust it on the time trial, it busted me!! 🙂

    PR’d with 93 unbroken DUs and then I hit the damn rings. 203 total in 2 minutes PR.
    1:36 on the row. 12:10 RX on the metcon. Grip was an issue today.
