6 Heavy Sets of 1 Squat Clean + 3 Front Squats

 

4 Rounds for max reps:

30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest per movement

Dumbbell Push Press (45/30)

Dual KB Front Squats (55/35)

Burpees

V-Ups

Step-Ups with Barbell on back (95/65) (20″/16″)

    The first basic treatment is to apply ice to the painful area of the back.
