10 Deadlifts (70% of heaviest single)

10 Burpees

20 Pull-Ups

    Dear Neal, you’re the greatest CrossFit coach I’ve ever had. 😀 Please let me do deadlifts tomorrow. They are my favorite. I believe I can do it.

    Skill work: 205# was my first single, didn’t have time for the remaining two.

    WOD: 12:02
    155# deadlifts
    Red/purple on the first set of pull-ups, had to add in blue on second 2 sets.

    I’m excited to see if I PR on some deadlifts…geeze almighty! 305# you go Kay! I’m aiming for a better day today than I had yesterday. I’d love to try and rx these dang pullups…may take me longer to get through the wod but if I dont practice they won’t come! I’ve got a list of things I need to get to work and improve on!

    i was so excited about the class time changes that i went out and got fricking sick! this sucks! i can’t wait to try out the 430 class! hopefully the times fit with everyone’s schedules and we get to keep it this way. see ya’ll hopefully sooner than later!

    i love seeing first Clint getting a 25# PR and blowing me out of the water again; but even better Kay tieing my current PR which i know i wont even able to lift today. well done guys! also i will be there at 630 tonight if anyone is looking to make that…clint adkins marrone taillon etc

    Kay left out the fact that she made that lift with a hurt foot while wearing a walking boot. Quite impressive!
