Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3

Focus on doing each set quickly, getting out of the bottom fast and no rest at the top.

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

4 Burpees

6 Thrusters (95/65)

8 Toes To Bar

Rest 3 minutes, repeat for 4 total rounds

    8rds plus burpees (65#, toes to bar for 1st rnd, knees to elbows for the other 7)

    up to 195 on BS. Got 2 + 6 thrusters the first two rounds, 2+4 thrusters,2 + 4 burpees the last round….that was a fun one yesterday…although, my back from heavy DL the day before was pretty sore.

    255×3 on squats, a little less than I wanted. I think my hips are still burned out from the GoRuck on Saturday.
