    The page you posted was a great post for me. I have been looking for a little information about this problem because my daughter and I have a problem with this. Thanks for posting something that accidentally helped a lot. There was a lot of helpful information on the links on that site about exercises to help correct the problems.

    I really dug that article. Having bony joints I tend to have wrist pain regularly. I’m going to employ those flexibility exercises regularly now. In fact, trying them out while reading the article actually made my left wrist, which is currently in some minor pain, feel better.

    7.10 today. only 135 on the deadlift. 2 rounds toes to elbows. 3 rounds knees to shoulders

    145 on the cleans

    Hell on the grip today! 225# Rx’d Deads and poor on the toes to bars… started off good and by the time I hit the second round knees to elbows… then just high knees…

    Started with toes to bar, but on the 2nd round went knees to shoulders… or at least thats what it felt like. LOL
