    on 3/26 did it with blue band and got only like 32 pullups. did it today got 58 kip pullups. so improvement. and that day i scored 320

    so a 41 rep increase.

    348 rx. I have not felt this way in a long time. Wow! I can honestly say that’s all I had in the tank. Great job today guys

    It was all downhill after the pullups. I need to work on these movements.

    343 RX (and the last time I did this WOD I had to use grey band on pullups and purple band around a bar on sit-ups… I scored 100+ more as well.)
