Complete 2 Clean & Jerk EMOM for 5 minutes

 

AMRAP in 5 minutes:

5 Burpees

8 Wall Ball (20/14)

    115# C&J for 1st 4 rds, attempted 125# for the last set but only successfully got one.

    7rds + 2 burpees RX.

    I feel like burpees and I have this awful relationship and may never get along.

    120# on Clean and Jerk, probably should have gone heavier.

    Today was a struggle, but it felt good to be back!
    165 on press
    225 x3, missed the 4th jerk, 185 x4, and 225 for the last two
    7 rds (25#)

    Started with 63# presses…then realized that my arm is only 73! Backed it up to 53# for the next 7, then 58# and 63# for the rest.
    4 rounds , burpees and 2 wbs of round 5 RX (I’m slow on the burpees.)
