 WOD 11/28/12

Press 5-5-3-3-1-1-1

With the press you must keep your knees locked out the entire time.

 

“Barbara”

5 Rounds:

20 Pull-ups

30 Push-ups

40 Sit-ups

50 Air Squats

Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds, score is total time with rest.

 

Easily scale this workout by subtracting 10 reps from everything and/or doing fewer rounds.

 

If you cannot attend the Pub Run on December 8 but would like to donate to Toys For Tots you can bring your gift to CFB anytime from now until December 8 and we will bring it to the pick-up location. If you plan on attending the Pub Run please bring your gift that evening as we will have a representative from Toys For Tots to pick them all up.

    This is the only hero WOD I have first place on the board. I know after today though, I’ll be lucky if I’m still on the board at all for the “Barbara” WOD. I’ll try to improve my time; but I know I just got lucky last time because all the strong, fast ones (you know who you are) just weren’t there that day. At least I had my moment in the sun once at CFB.

    This is actually a “girl” wod. Barbara wasn’t in the military she was just someone lucky enough to have a workout named after her

    175# on the press (10#pr)
    35:24 (4rds rx) didnt finish. middle of forth round i got a really bad head ache.
