Find a 1 rep max Jerk. You can split jerk or push jerk; Just lock it out overhead!

 

AMRAP in 3 minutes:

Clean & Jerk

 

The goal is to complete at least 30 reps so scale accordingly

 

1 minute rest

 

AMRAP in 2 minutes:

Burpees

1 minute rest

 

AMRAP in 1 minute:

V-Ups

 

Do the V-Ups by keeping your arms down by your side and pulling your chest and bending your knees up together at the same time and lowering your chest and knees at the same time.
