I want to do muscle ups… and place better than the lower 3/4 in scaled at a competition, and be an inspiration to weak, skinny people everywhere.

Rachel – Any PR is a good PR. Don’t be disappointed, you lifted about 15% more than you did before

My goals are to get better at “everything” and to have that nice lean body that I have been looking for.

When I started last month, my goal was to lose 50 pounds. I’m almost 1/3 of the way to that goal, and I don’t care as much. My goal for 2011 is to make 3 classes a week all year, excepting vacations and business trips, and 4 classes as often as possible. If I can do that, I’ll be happy with the results. It’s about the journey.

This is such a great picture. I went looking for one of myself before I started CF…there aren’t too many.
Rachel, you were just frustrated this morning. You’re such a beast at the weights, you’ll get it VERY soon! (Said the one proud of her 45# max today!)
Going to think about some realistic goals. Any suggestions, coaches? I know that some level of pull-up will be part of it. I’d certainly like to up all the weights, too.

Ur right sheree I was getting more and more upset. When I go up on weights my movements get sloppy. Had stefan not been there coaching I couldn’t have gotten as far as I did.

    Oh and sheree….u did 50lbs!!!
