    If you can’t do a double under you have to do 12 normal jump ropes.

    14:41 with single unders….205# on the push jerks. Not sure if the wod did me in, but my mechanics/strength was all effed up for the push jerks…

    9:32 RX…I suck so bad at situps that I should have been the one subbing for them. I probably spent 8 minutes of my time on situps. JJ killed me on the situp part so I am sorry for that comment. You are right about the other Jacob though JJ.

    lets just say, it’s safe to assume my big ass isnt too good at situps. or jumoing rope. so im not good at annie. Oh well, we all do our best no matter the WOD. Good work everyone, see yall tomorrow!
