    6:51 w/ 3X singles… it may have been that it was 6am, but my feet just werent working this morning (hence the 3x singles).

    8:30 w/ 2x singles … I cramped up during the second set of mountain climbers and that was almost all she wrote for me. Came back with a vengeance to finish though. Now my left leg is done-datta! Can’t wait for competition this weekend. I’m resting until weekend. I mean I still have 93 burpees to do today. Almost done!

    Those guys at 6am were such an inspiration! And, by the way, they did 5 rounds. I actually sorta did the pull-ups instead of ring rows…with a big old heavy band! Goal is for them to get easy and use a smaller band.
