Max Double Unders in remaining time

Score is number of double unders completed

    i see we are running out of photos here…..same one from about a week ago. guess it’s time to put me back on the home page then. better yet Clint has a picture of us dominating kara and allie. i think that would be appropriate

    130# Power Clean/Hang Power Clean
    3×95# and 3×105# – should have gone heavier but wasn’t sure on time
    65 double unders – shin splints were definitely present again
    45 wall balls
