Behind The Neck Jerk – Find a heavy single
This will help with getting into an overhead squat as well as develop confidence in your normal jerk, as you should be able to lift more from behind the beck by getting more power from your lower body into the barbell.
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
20 Wall Ball
20 Walking Goblet Lunges (55/35)
