    RoosterCrew forgot to write on the board but we were there! (Well, Scott, Fara and Sheree were.)
    11 rounds (+ 5 pull-ups) using JUST the green band on pull-ups! (First time IN a work-out!) Purple band for push-ups.

    20 Rounds RX. Ouch. Around 17 I wanted to slow down/give up so bad but everybody just kept yelling at me.. I really appreciated it, thanks guys 🙂

    I’m with you Hardy. Today was my first day back after two weeks in Florida. Drinking, eating subs, and whatever else I wanted. Now it’s back to the grind and paleo. 10 rds RX.

    Fara was there with the roosters, forgot to write on board & in my book. 13 rounds….not sure which bands for pullups but it took two of them :-), purple band for pushups……

    Green band on pull ups , red band on regular toe push ups. Green is to easy going harder from now on 🙂
