    53# KB- 33 C&J, 53 Swing, 51 Squat, 35 Pikes w/ 24″ box (handstands are slowly getting there), and 568m on the row for a grand total of 740. Good work noon class, that was a rough one…

    I actually enjoyed that workout except for the last 40 seconds of rowing!! Clayton is a beast throwing around that 70 something pound kettlebell!!

    Great noon class. Pulled 6something on the rower, 70#kb and 2 abmats for the HSPU. only got 12 though. Once your done, your done, lol

    18# KB… 30 C&J, 58 swings, 42 squats, 14 HSPU w/ two ab mats, and rowed 449m. Maybe could’ve used to a 26# Kb?

    Not sure exact numbers, but around 740 total. Over 60 swings and squats, 19 hspu, around 50 c&j and, and 547 on the row.
