WOD 6/26/13

Back Squat – 2 reps every minute for 10 minutes. Start around 65% of your max. You can add ONLY 5 or 10 pounds to the bar after each set.

 

For Time:

1000m Run

50 Wall Ball

50 Burpees

50 Toes T0 Bar

    235-305 on sets 1-9 then hit 315 for one rep on the last set

    17:48 w/ a 25# vest on the run, 30# med ball and the rest as prescribed. Scott did it this same way in the 5:30pm class and finished under 17… those wall ball were terrible
